And it doesn't stop there. Iggy Pop is selling insurance. Johnny Rotten in ads for butter and on shows like 'I'm a celebrity..blah..bblah....blah'. Looks to me like they just became part of the machine they so vehemently claim to be against. I guess that's all they can do now since kids are preferring to rebel to the sound of Hip Hop these days.

Sorry, lefty wangs getting on a soap box will always be just that. It's easy to ride the popular opinion with an impassioned expletive rant. Everyone hates Bush and loves Obama. Everyone thinks David Beckham and the pretentious celebrity dredge is a drag. Everyone hates corporate America and with its brazen materialism and poshlost. So what? If he'd get vocal about America's (and the world's) stickier, less palatable problems then we'd be on to something. ive been to everyone of Rollin's and Jellos ones in the UK for the last 10 years, in fact will be seeing Rollins again on the 15th of Jan.. bring it on

dawnie, dawnie, dawnie, you know the majority opinion of a "good night out" is to pour a lot of sauce down your neck, ideally to the point that you don't remember where you live, let alone why you came out. It is definitely *not* to employ your brain in any way, especially (god forbid) to actually pay attention to something that isn't going "douf, douf, douf"...

Oh, Rollins is one hell of a awesome night out, you don't need liqour to enjoy it. Dawn helped me out with a extra ticket he had for his show just before I had to go back to SA, and that was defintelly one of the most enjoyable shows I've been to. And no, it's not just leftist ranting as Chubby seems to think it is, a big portion of it was about his travels in Libia and Pakistan and meeting the locals. Just make sure to be on time, the show starts promtly at the time printed on the ticket.
