I don't like taking any kind of medication, especially for more than a few days, and now I *have* to take medication for at least a month to try to sort out tendinitis in my shoulder, because even if I feel better, the underlying problem takes a long time to sort out.

I did not smell the selftan mister, seriously all of these products smells like Malibu Barbie *gross*, now I know why I stayed out of the sun / avoided selftan lotions for most of my life. I gave up on my pale complexion months ago though, mountainbiking and sun goes hand in hand.

Look, Universe, I'm going to spell this out for you. It is NOT A GOOD IDEA to have everything in life arrive in tsunami sized waves.
Take work for example. Work should come along in nice, even swells; just enough at a time to be able to do a good job of it. It should not come in dump truck loads that are followed by other dump truck loads, all of which are marked *****URGENT*****, followed by days, often weeks, of cleaning out the old email folders in order to look busy.
Same with email itself. Receiving 3 to 5 email a day that require thoughtful answers, and 10 or 12 that can be tossed off is good. Receiving no email for a week and then 35 important maile and 70 to 100 not very important mail that still needs some attention on the SAME DAMN DAY is not good.
So stop doing this! I don't like it.
